MIKE COLLINS Broker / Owner

Since 2004, Mike has helped people buy, sell, rent, and manage homes in the Jacksonville and Orange Park areas of Northeast Florida. He was an award-winning top Agent at Keller Williams First Coast Realty, prior to opening Collins Property Managers in early 2008.

In addition to Property Management, we specialize in Residential Sales, Investment Properties, Short Sales and Pre-Foreclosures. Jax Home Maintenance the Maintenance company owned by Collins Property Managers.

The business has expanded rapidly over the years and we moved to a new location with larger facilities for the growing business in 2012. Sometimes an owner is not sure whether to sell or rent their property. Our company is uniquely poised to offer a full package. We can list a property and market it for sale, while we simultaneously market it for rent through our proven methods. The vast majority of traditional Realtors are not able to do both professionally. In early 2017 an Affiliate company, NextHomeCollins Realty opened. This provides us with superior tools and staff of Realtors to assist owners, investors and former tenants buy or sell properties.

We can also help people invest in residential properties while taking advantage of current market conditions. Our management skills experience will be especially useful as we continue to expand our Property Management business.

Mike is originally from Larchmont, NY, and a graduate of College of The Holy Cross, one of America's top 30 Colleges. He lives in Fleming Island with his wife Sandy, and they have three grown children, a granddaughter and grandson.

SANDY COLLINS Owner

Originally from Gainesville, GA, Sandy attended North Georgia College and earned a Masters’ Degree from Georgia State University. In addition, she studied Accounting at Northeastern University in Boston.

Her varied background includes teaching high school English and working in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales for a computer software company. She also previously managed the Operations Dept. of General Accident Insurance Company in Atlanta, GA.

Sandy has taught Sunday School at Fleming Island Methodist Church for 20 years, and enjoys spending time with grandchildren, reading, camping and travel.

KRIS BRUCE MANAGING BROKER / VICE PRESIDENT

Ever the avid learner, Kris earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Neuroscience from the College of Charleston. With a background in healthcare, she thrives on providing connection and support to her local community. Kris is a people person through and through, always ready to share what she's learned.

In 2017, Kris relocated from Charlotte, North Carolina to Fleming Island where her vibrant personality and drive for professional advancement quickly propelled her to her current role as the Vice President of Green River Property Management. Kris’s contribution to the Green River team is invaluable as she is a skilled investment property consultant, experienced in asset management and customer service. Kris thrives on helping owners grow their Jacksonville portfolios while generating stronger returns. She is now an industry expert, constantly driven to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Her warmth and enthusiasm are contagious, further complimenting her natural leadership abilities.

Always eager to serve, Kris has worn many hats within the NARPM Jax Board, from Hospitality Chair in 2020 to President in 2023, and now as Past President in 2024. As a registered Broker in the state of Florida, she's overjoyed with her company's many successes as evidenced by Green River's Certified Residential Management Company status through NARPM, backed by consistent wins as one of Jacksonville's Best Property Managers 2020 -2023.

When she's not busy being a Property Management wizard, Kris loves indulging in her passions for travel and reading, often soaking up the sun on beach outings with her fiance and three pups. An eager volunteer, she's always ready to pitch in at local events and charities, showing her love for the community she calls home.

Kellie Grande BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Kellie is a Florida native and has lived most of her life in Central Florida. She moved to the Jacksonville area 11 years ago with her husband and two kids.

Kellie has been in Real Estate in some aspect for the past 20 years! Before that, she worked on Walt Disney World property as an opening team member for the House of Blues. Then, she started her career with Lennar Homes before becoming a very successful new home sales agent with Transeastern Homes in Orlando (psst, she was consistently the Top Sales person in the entire Orlando division!). Kellie took off some time to raise her girls but worked as our showing agent part time for the past 9.5 years.

In 2021, Kellie (finally!) accepted the position of Business Development Manager for Green River. She now works closely with our home owners and investors ensuring that their property management experience is top notch!

JENNIFER HILE PROPERTY MANAGER

Jennifer was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to the Jacksonville, FL area in December 2015 with her family. Throughout her career she has held several Managerial positions, which include Information Technology Manager for Hilton Hotel’s Corporation as well as Marketing Coordinator for GE Healthcare – Women’s Healthcare Ultrasound.

Jennifer is focused on delivering consistent cost-saving strategies, incorporating process streamlining, and resource management. Mastering real estate rental market trends and providing excellent customer service are two of her top priorities. She is known for being a visionary, problem solver, effective communicator, and relationship builder with both owners and tenants. She recognizes the value and trust her clients place in her and she strives every day to exceed their expectations!

In her free time, you will find her admiring a beautiful sunset with family and friends while enjoying casual conversations with plenty of food and drinks.

With a double Bachelor’s degree (Organizational Management and Human Resources Management) and a proven track record of over three decades in the industry, Melissa has honed her skills in her areas of expertise. With a results-driven mindset, she has implemented successful development programs and streamlined processes, making her a valuable asset to our organization looking to optimize its success. Melissa is from Dallas, Texas, loves to be on the water and loves her dogs.

Kevin is a seasoned customer service professional with over 15 years of experience. He gained his experience while working with the largest IT services company - Accenture. During his time there, he had exposure to setting up new processes and has worked closely with teams involved with fraud verification and workforce management. His zeal to learn and explore newer avenues prompted him to join GRPM where he has taken a keen interest in understanding the business and interacting with our customers. As an avid traveler, Kevin especially enjoys hiking and camping. When indoors, he spends time watching a sport which is very dear to him - Cricket.

Esteban is a well seasoned customer service and technical support specialist with over 15 years of combined experience. Prior to working with Green River, he worked with several large companies such as Microsoft and AT&T U-verse as part of their management team. Not long afterwards, he decided to take those skills he learned & venture into the world of property management. He applies his top notch skills here at Green River where he oversees scheduling and completion of all things maintenance related. Outside of work, he is a proud "tech guy" who enjoys playing games and computer programming. He also enjoys going to the river and relaxing by the sound of the currents in his free time.
